FSB has partnered with Abelson Info, a sports data and odds provider, with the aim of enhancing its comprehensive football product.
Abelson’s Goalscorer Pricing and Settlement (GPS) is at the centre of the partnership, with the duo planning on integrating the solution into FSB’s existing offering.
Preparation for the FIFA World Cup, commencing next month, is also a key objective, incorporating GPS markets into FSB’s ‘Create a Bet’ bet builder model.
“Delivering premium sportsbook experiences to our partners and their players is integral to our philosophy at FSB,” said Mark Wilson, FSB Trading Director.
“Abelson Info has an outstanding reputation of offering dynamic data and pricing solutions to Tier 1 global stakeholders in our industry so this partnership made sense on a number of levels.
“As we continue to scale across multiple continents, this new relationship with Abelson Info allows us to offer an enhanced, richer service to our growing, global client base enabling them to carefully curate their required football offering across club and international football into 2023 and beyond.”
By adopting GPS, FSB will incorporate the solutions’ goalscorer derivatives into its own goalscorer markets across all fixtures in major European leagues, as well as ‘other selected global competitions’ and the forthcoming World Cup.
FSB’s move to enhance its football product comes not just ahead of the major tournament in Qatar next month but also amid a period of global expansion for the firm, which is targeting a strengthened presence in both Europe and the Americas.
The past two months have seen the company sign an agreement with the Olympic Entertainment Group, supporting the firm’s OlyBet sportsbook brand with its B2B solutions.
Meanwhile, in the US, FSB secured a licence in the ‘crucial, critical jurisdiction’ of Nevada, with group CEO David McDowell stating that the company strives to become part of the ‘long-term sports betting story’ in the state.
Jeevan Jeyaratnam, Chief Operating Officer at Abelson Info, remarked: “This has been a hugely constructive relationship with FSB. We understand their global ambitions and have shaped our GPS service around their requirements.
“The flexibility and breadth of the service will help ensure that FSB are offering a product that is not only superior to its peers, but also offers greater scope for localisation, no matter which jurisdiction the operator is targeting.
“We’re hugely confident our data and pricing solutions will add further weight to their football offering and enable them to attract further Tier 1 clients across their global regions.”
